The rooms are nice, well-located, and have a great breakfast spread.

The room we had included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a seating area. The hotel was within walking distance of the beach and near Teluk Nipah.

Located nearby a variety of shops and water activities, this resort provides ample opportunities for entertainment. the rooms offer a comfortable stay that is worth the price. Most of the rooms are clean and have adequate towels and linens.

The facilities are outdated, which can affect the overall quality of the stay.

The hotel is just a short walk away from some great dining options, and the beach is right there as well. It was really convenient to be able to grab some food and then head back to relax on the sand. The room we stayed in had a nice view of the surrounding area from the balcony, and I appreciated the complimentary toiletries provided by the hotel. Plus, we had access to a pool which was a fun way to cool off during the hot day.

There were some downsides to our stay. The bed was not very comfortable and it was difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We loved how conveniently located this resort was. Just steps away from the beach, there were plenty of food stalls and shops nearby. It made it easy for us to grab a quick bite or go out for a stroll whenever we felt like it. The staff was also very helpful and were quick to assist us in finding transportation around the island.

the resort was located near the beach and a night market that had great food. I also enjoyed the fact that the room had a balcony where I could sit and enjoy the view.

My experience at the resort was not great. the room was not well maintained and had a dirty floor filled with sand and insects that made the toilet smell bad.

The location of the resort was perfect, right in front of the beach. We enjoyed spending our time there and taking part in water activities. The surrounding area had plenty of shops and food options, making it convenient for us to grab breakfast just outside the resort.

Although the building was old and not well-maintained, we didn't mind as we only used the resort for sleeping and spent most of our time enjoying the beach. Additionally, the room was small and not very clean, but the affordability and proximity to the facilities and sea made up for it.
